Diego Sanchez Keeps His Eyes on the Prize

Posted on February 25th, 2009

Diego Sanchez is coming off his unanimous decision victory over Joe Stevenson at UFC 95 and is not looking to stop any time soon. He says he will fight anyone the UFC puts in front of him, but will still be looking toward that title shot with BJ Penn. The two match pretty well and Sanchez has much better conditioning than Penn. The problem is that Penn will be fighting Kenny Florian to defend his title first, making a likely matchup for Sanchez to be Sean Sherk.

This would be an all out war and I hope it gets scheduled.
