Georges St. Pierre is growing tired of the same old BJ Penn accusations about the Vaseline incident, he is tired of being respectful and BJ not:
We’re gonna do it this summer, St. Pierre/Penn III and this time we will wear a rash guard. I guarantee to you the result will be the same…I’m not afraid to fight him again…I’ve been respectful the whole time and he disrespects me like this…I’m tired of his comment about me.
BJ Penn has filed his official request as of yesterday to have Georges St. Pierre’s actions before and during the fight examined to see if there was any foul play. Something that most thought would blow over, is just getting worse and “Rush” is starting the feel the disrespect.
If this fight magically did happen with rash guards, something tells me it would be an embarrassing fight for Penn and definitely one to think about retirement after.

man i wish this would go away
It’s getting to the point I want to fight BJ Penn. He needs to take his loss like a man and walk away. He was’t even competitive on his feet, which had nothing to do with Vaseline. He doesn’t deserve another shot at the welterweight title and the lightweight condenders don’t deserve to be put on hold. Even though the UFC could make a lot of money on a GSP vs. Penn III fight, part of me thinks Dana White will take the high road and tell Penn no.
i agree whole heartely . bj thinks he should win all the time
even though i always want an american to win,im glad bj lost.he is a spoiled little brat, and a liar.there will always be an excuse, next time he will say steroids or lead in his gloves.i dont think st.pierre should give hime another shot, unless he really wants to beat him like a rag doll in front of the hole world.he still wont keep his mouth shut.
BJ Penn is a punk. A loud mouth punk. Make all the excuses you can. You got beat 2 times by a better fighter, that:s all there is to it.
exactly
i say let GSP pound on BJ some more
I think Penn needs to shut his mouth and take the loss, he got beat, fair and square. He needs to admit that and shut his mouth, plus I hope he retires, so nobody else has to listen to him.
In my opinion this is a cop out for the great BJ Penn who can’t cope with his almighty ego after he got his butt kicked in EVERY way possible. Yes, he is a great fighter but natural talent can only get you so far. Maybe if he would have taken this fight a little more seriously and trained like he was expected to do, he woulld have had a better showing. He still would have lost, GSP is just a far more superior fighter in all aspects. A classy fighter would deal with the loss, learn from it and move on, not make excuses. BJ was one of my favorite MMA fighters before this fight, but I have lost a lot of respect for him since then.
B.J. is blessed with an embarrassment of talent and cursed with a shamefully large ego. If he had trained harder, had moved to a new gym not filled with his cronies, I think it might have been a different fight. I still would have picked GSP to win because he has just as much talent and is WAY more open-minded when it comes to taking advantage of different trainers, methods and maintains consistency as well as his dedication to the sport and fans. GSP lives like a monk (doesn’t party), Penn lives like a MMA star and parties like a rock star. Who is more likely to exploit is abilities? Oh and regarding Penn’s mouth, he’s always been that way…I’m shocked many are just noticing that…I mean he talked all that smack about “killing” GSP??? Were we supposed tyo take that seriously??? When a guy talks that way the first thing I think, he’s desperate, second he’s unsure of himself, third he’s trying to convince everyone around him he’s in control when he’s not. Penn always does that when he’s not mentally on top. I respect him as a fighter, but as a person…I think he’s a punk. He most certainly does not represent the tradition of honor and respect in MMA fighting!
