Rich Franklin, scheduled as the main event on the UFC 93 fight card vs. Dan Henderson has shown little enthusiasm in coaching the next season of The Ultimate Fighter. Unfortunately for him, that is the reward for winning. The winner between Henderson and Franklin will be the head coach for Team USA to coach against Team UK, headed by Michael Bisping.
Henderson, on the other hand, is not showing any sign of disinterest in being the coach. He will be able to fly his wife out a couple times during the five weeks of filming so the time away from his family won’t be as bad. Henderson may also be a little more excited about coaching Team USA because of his past in the Olympics.
Though not excited, Franklin did agree to coach it even though he has already done it before on season 2 when he coached against Matt Hughes. If the betting odds are correct, Franklin has a slight disadvatage coming into this fight. But what do they know?

Franklin’s a pussy
Franklin never seemed that excited about coaching in general, but with Anderson Silva dominating him (and the rest of his weight division at the moment), seems Franklin doesn’t have too many other options.
True it would be stupid to turn it down, but he did say he’d do whatever the UFC wants him to. Good idea when they are payin the bills right?
