Anderson Silva retains his title and stays undefeated in the UFC

Rich Franklin went down in two as the undisputed middle weight champion Anderson Silva won convincingly. Tim Sylvia went the distance, AGAIN, and bored everyone to a victory over Vera. Brandon Vera broke his hand in the first round, and I hope to never see Tim Sylvia fight again. Starnes went out in two due to one of the nastiest cuts I have ever seen delivered by Alan Belcher. Jorge Gurgel came out furious but was too hung up on winning by arm bar that Alvin Robinson cruised to a victory by bashing Gurgel’s face with hammer fists. Bonnar had a great return to the prime time with a convincing win over Schafer.
